Over 85% attending my sessions report better sleep and lower anxiety

Breath Mastery Live uses clinical, trauma-informed breathwork to teach you practical skills you can practise and use for yourself.

Why can changing the way you breathe change the way you feel?

Your nervous system sends messages to your body to breath in patterns that activate your fight or flight response to keep you 'safe'. Years of high stress and anxiety teaches you to breathe in unhelpful patterns.

Whilst breathing happens automatically, it's also one of the few bodily processes you can consciously change - and in doing so it automatically regulates your nervous system, influencing your physical, mental and emotional state.

That's why breath mastery is so powerful.

When your mind won't switch off, your body often can't either.

Anxiety makes it difficult to sleep. poor sleep makes it harder to cope with anxiety. Before long, you can find yourself trapped in a cycle of racing thoughts, physical tension, exhaustion and worry about whether you're going to sleep again tonight.

You might have tried meditation. Sleep apps. Positive thinking. Distracting yourself. Going to bed earlier. Staying up later.

But there is another place we can start. Your nervous system.

Your breathing is one of the few parts of your nervous system that you can consciously influence.

Learning how to use it effectively can help you shift from a state of stress, alertness and overthinking towards greater calm, regulation and readiness for sleep.

That is what Breath Mastery Live is designed to teach you.

Four Weeks.

Four Live Sessions.

A Daily Practice.

Over four weeks, I'll teach you a practical toolkit of breathing and nervous-system regulation techniques that you can begin using in everyday life.

You'll learn techniques to help you settle when anxiety rises, regulate your breathing when you're stressed, prepare your body and mind for sleep, and manage those frustrating moments when you wake during the night and can't switch off again.

Most importantly, we'll practise every day because knowing about breathwork isn't the same as training your nervous system to respond differently.

Each week you will recieve:

A 45-minute live Breath Mastery session

We combine simple psychoeducation with guided practice so you understand not only what to do, but why you're doing it.

Guided practice recordings

You'll receive recordings to use between sessions, helping you build a simple daily practice rather than relying on willpower or memory.

Session recordings
Can't attend one evening, or want to practise the session again? You'll have access to the recordings.

Four weeks of progressive practice
Each week builds on the last, helping you discover which techniques work best for you and when to use them.

Community and accountability
You won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of a small group working through the programme together.

Four weeks to build a practice you can use for life

Across the four weeks we'll explore the relationship between breathing, stress, anxiety, sleep and your autonomic nervous system. You'll learn how to recognise when your system is becoming dysregulated and what you can actually do about it.

We'll work with techniques for calming an anxious state, slowing an overactive mind, reducing physical tension, preparing for sleep and creating a breathing practice you can realistically continue after the programme finishes.

You don't need any previous breathwork experience.  All you need is a mouth, a nose and access to the internet!

Why Breath Mastery

For years, I thought anxiety was happening entirely inside my head. So I tried to fight it there.

Think differently. Be stronger. Distract myself. Keep busy.

What I eventually learned was that anxiety isn't simply a thinking problem. There is a physiological process taking place too.

Understanding the relationship between my breathing, my nervous system and the way I was feeling changed how I approached anxiety, stress and sleep completely.

That experience eventually led me to retrain extensively in breathwork, yoga and meditation therapy, hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling.

Today I use these techniques with private clients and within addiction and recovery services, helping people develop practical ways of regulating themselves when life feels overwhelming.

Breath Mastery Live brings that work together into an accessible four-week programme you can practise from home.

Sleep Better and Build Resilience: Breath Mastery Live

"It was full of so many incredible breathing techniques and I also enjoyed the theory which helped provide context to all the breathing we learnt. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we were learning to breathe less on this course! I've felt so calm and peaceful doing the breathing and I've used the techniques during particularly stressful moments in the day. "
